About Us
Welcome to Leader Gymnastics Club!
Leader Gymnastics Club was established in 2011 in our fully equipped facility in Swords, Co. Dublin. Our aim is to provide children the opportunity to experience gymnastics in a safe, fun and friendly environment. Our coaching staff are qualified gymnastics instructors and all staff are fully Garda vetted.
We offer gymnastics training for children from age 3 to teens. We provide recreational classes from beginners to advanced level and we also have a competitive programme. For further information about our classes, please see our Classes page under the About Us section on this website.
Our year-round classes

Pre-Schoolers*
Little Leaders (Ages 3–4)
These 45-minute classes are designed for preschool-aged children, providing an excellent introduction to the sport of gymnastics at a young age. Children will learn fundamental gymnastics skills with a focus on simple exercises such as rolls, stretches, and trampoline activities. Using our gymnastics equipment, they will be introduced to a variety of basic skills on age-appropriate apparatus, including bars, beam, and tumble track.
Recreational*
Each class lasts between one and two hours and focuses on developing gymnastics skills in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. The classes aim to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics while improving children’s strength and flexibility. Participants are grouped according to age (Ages 5-12) and train on all apparatus—including asymmetrical bars, beam, floor, and vault—during each term.

Competitive
Elite Teams
Gymnasts who demonstrate potential may be invited to join one of our Elite Teams. Training sessions for these teams are longer and more rigorous, depending on the team. All Elite Team gymnasts follow the Gymnastics Ireland Levels System, which equips them to compete at National levels.
Teenagers
Our teen classes are designed for ages 13–17 years. Little to no gymnastics experience is necessary, as these classes cater to all levels, from beginners to those with prior gymnastics experience. Teens are given the opportunity to develop their skills in a safe and enjoyable environment, with instruction provided on all four apparatus.
