Dear Club Members,
We hope you are all keeping well and have stayed
well throughout this Covid time.
Subject to final government approval
that behind closed doors/indoor sport can return to activity during phase 3 we
are happy to inform you that we intend on re-opening the club for on 29/06/2020. The club will only be able
to open 'subject to final government activation of phase 3 and
confirmation that behind closed doors/indoor sport can proceed as part of phase
3'.
We have taken this decision after completing the Gymnastics Ireland (GI)
Return to Sport (RTS) education, risk assessment & compliance process that
has been conducted behind the scenes since the start of June. Through this GI
led process we have developed a thorough club plan for operating in a covid-19 environment in line with the
government ‘Roadmap to Reopening Society & Business’ (targeting Phases 3+
for indoor sport) in addition to the ‘Return to Work Safely’ protocol.
In completing the GI RTS process and declaring our compliance we have
taken the following key steps to ensure the safety of their members...
Please see further information on how
the club will operate when we re-open…
We are following the protocols set by
Gymnastics Ireland and approved by Sports Ireland, however these procedures may
change and if so we will keep you informed.
We will open on a phased step
by step approach and will operate in smaller groups at staggered times
to allow for a one way system to operate in the Gym.
Everyone will not start back from this date.
We will be running Pay As You Go
classes starting with 2 classes per day for now. These classes will run from Monday to Friday
(see our timetable). There will be no Summer Camps .

you must
·

days in advance by texting on
phone number 085 7466875 and payment
in an envelope with child’s name and contact phone number on it.
Booking is essential as you will not be permitted to enter club and we would
not like to disappoint any child.
Can we ask that you
follow the guidelines below:

COVID-19. The most common signs and symptoms of COVID-19 are available on the
HSE website
We will keep you informed with any updates and you will be contacted
about when we expect to be able to offer term classes to your child.
We would ask that you please explain to your
child that they will have to maintain social distancing while in class. We will do everything we can to assist each
child to develop and learn while having fun throughout the class.
With regards to fees paid in March, the last active term, we have to make up 3
